This notice explains what the current Hot4000 validation prototype collects, why it is collected, and the choices available to you. The service is for adults aged 18 or older.
What we collect
- Your email address when you submit the test checkout.
- Your uploaded-photo count, selected options, consent choices, and basic interaction events used to understand demand.
- Technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as browser, device, and request information.
Photos and payment details
In the current prototype, uploaded image previews stay in your browser and image contents are not included in the test-checkout request. The checkout accepts only the displayed test card. Full card numbers and security codes are not sent to our backend, and no real payment is attempted.
How we use information
We use prototype records to operate the test, measure interest, diagnose problems, prevent abuse, and contact people who asked to hear when the service is available. We do not sell personal information.
Sharing and storage
Hosting, analytics, and infrastructure providers may process limited information for us. Prototype records may be stored outside your country with appropriate provider safeguards. We keep validation records only while they are needed to assess and operate this experiment, then delete or anonymise them.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of your personal information, object to certain uses, or withdraw consent for future contact. Until the public contact email is added, use the “Ask the team” link on the main site. UK users may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
Changes
We will update this notice before accepting real payments or materially changing how photos or personal information are processed.
