What we collect

• Your email address or mobile number when you create or log in to a results account. We use it to send verification codes, connect your photos to your account, and deliver your results. We do not send the raw address or number to our analytics provider.
• Whether you separately chose to receive occasional profile tips and Hot4000 updates. This choice is optional and is not required to use the account.
• The photos you choose to upload, their count, selected options, consent choices, clicks, page progress, and other interaction events used to provide and improve the review flow.
• Technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as browser, device, request, and rate-limit information.
• A first-party tracking pixel (/a.gif) requested from our own domain on each page view, so we can tell real browsers apart from bots and automated traffic in our own access logs. It carries the page path, the timezone your browser reports, and the same pseudonymous visitor id used by our analytics. It sets no cookie of its own.

Photos and payment details

Uploaded photos are sent directly to private encrypted cloud storage. They are not placed in a public feed. Full card numbers and security codes are not sent to our backend, and no payment is attempted.

How we use information

We use photos to provide the private review workflow. We use verified account records to preserve access to photos and results. We use service records to diagnose problems, prevent abuse, and understand the review flow. We send marketing only when you select the optional marketing box. We do not sell personal information.

Sharing and storage

Hosting, delivery, analytics, and infrastructure providers may process limited information for us. Photos and account records may be stored outside your country with appropriate provider safeguards. Verification codes expire after 10 minutes. Login sessions expire after 30 days. An abuse-prevention visitor cookie may remain for up to one year. Verified contact records and photos are kept while needed to provide the account and review, then deleted or anonymised.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of your personal information, object to certain uses, or withdraw consent for future contact. Until the public contact email is added, use the “Ask the team” link on the main site. UK users may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.

Changes

We will update this notice before accepting real payments or materially changing how photos or personal information are processed.
